“Branching Beneath and Between” is a series of eight pieces that are part painting, part rudimentary printmaking. The works draw on imagery of botanical and anatomical root structures, contemplating interconnected relationships and conditions between forms of life anbetween life and non-life. They animate the questions: how do we understand reciprocity, innovation, and life/death cycles in our current ecological era?
