A Branching Beneath is a series of works that combine experimental monoprinting with painting, incorporating found materials.

These works hold time like monoprints of the infrathin—evidencing a barely perceptible moment of shift between conditions or states of being. The branching forms suggest mycorrhizal networks, vascular systems, and neural pathways—the hidden infrastructures that connect bodies to earth, self to other. They animate the questions: how do we understand life and death in our current ecological era? What intimate exchanges happen in the dark, beneath our knowing?
